A Glass Half Full of Stuff to Read

Woolly Woods

Woolly Woods is a wood

Entirely deciduous

But when the winter leaves trees bare

It becomes conspicuous

Because you will see

That every tree

Has a jumper fitted

Leaves up sleeves

When branches freeze

New barks which have been knitted

But weirder still

The trees wear woolly wigs

Of knit leaves to hide

Their bare branches and twigs.
